Private individuals or companies no longer have to purchase expensive software and storage space themselves, but can rent the corresponding services on a monthly, an-nual or longer-term basis and adapt them to their specific needs. Another advantage is that in the event of an attack or server crash of an on-site solution, important data is not lost and can be restored. Furthermore, companies not only have unlimited compu-ting power at their disposal, IT experts specialized in the respective areas take over data management, maintenance and updates and quickly take care of any problems that may arise. In this way, the company or its internal IT department is relieved and can concentrate on other core tasks.
